The latest technique for milking goats
When it comes to milking goats, nothing can improve efficiency like a well-designed milking parlour. The milker spends most of the time on manual operations. Therefore, it is important that you can perform all operations quickly, efficient and uniform. Turning capacity is important without compromising on milking quality. Therefore, we proudly introduce the new external rotary for goats: 2RO
The 2RO parlour has been developed based on years of experience in milking goats. This parlour includes several features that make milking even more efficient and comfortable. One of these features is the unique and distinctive QuickUp, which allows you to milk directly out of the rotary. This improves ergonomics and reduces the number of actions per goat. Milking begins automatically upon pressing the button on the IDC, and the same button press raises the teat cups. These two features allow you to connect as of 2.7 seconds per goat*. In addition, you will save each milking 10 minutes of intensive work with our unique cleaning and start position. The great freedom of movement of the teat cups improves and accelarates the milking process.
2RO External Rotary
For the goat
The SAC 2RO is an extremely user-friendly solution for larger herds and high-yielding goats. More than 1,000 goats can easily be milked per hour. The optimal entry and exit gates, fitted with trap guards, are designed to prevent harm to the goats and guarantee a smooth milking process with a focus on animal welfare. Thanks to the unique feed dosage system (adjustable per animal) and the spacious, fully cantilevered box dividers, the goats take in their place quickly and easily. The open head restraint system also allows horned goats to be restrained. The goats can then be easily separated automatically from the platform.
For the milk
The position of the IDC milking unit in combination with the SAC service-arm directly under the udder ensures a short and careful transport of the milk to the generously dimensioned milk line. From the stainless steel milk receiver, the milk is carefully transported to the milk cooling tank by the frequency-controlled SAC milk pump. The most gentle way of milk transport. The milk retains its high-quality in all respects.
For the milker
The working conditions at the rotary are ideal. You are very close to the goats during milking. As soon as you are about to attach with the service-arm and take the cluster under the goat, the sensor detects that milking is underway. The vacuum is automatically applied tot the cluster, you can attach and the milking starts. So there are no extra buttons to operate. The adjustable SAC Unifloor keeps you at the right working height. SAC provides healthy working conditions.
The system is suitable for different types of goats. It is possible to attach a goat from 2.7 seconds, which makes it possible to achieve a high capacity and a good milking process. If a goat has not finished milking at the end of the round, it will not be released and she can make another round.
Total solution
The milking installation is fitted with a compact IDC milking unit that combines all necessary functions. These include a pulsator, automatic removal from udder, display, milk measurement and communication. All in one device. The parlour is therefore very open and accessible. The Milking Parlour Monitor gives a clear overview of the entire milking process and all relevant data during milking. The oil-free and energy-saving industrial Unipump and Uniwash3+ automatic cleaning system that come with the system contribute to an investment, assuring you of low maintenance costs per year.
Witht he SAC External Rotary you have a very user-friendly system and the ergonomic design ensures good working conditions. Because of the small diameter of the platform, you need a minimum of space, which makes the total investment even more favourable. In the end, it is all about the full picture and with the SAC External Rotary you have come to the right place. The SAC External Rotary is available in 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 or 120 stands.

Easy optimal milking
The great freedom for the teat cups allow you to milk all types of goats (small and large goats, different udders). During the milking process a visual check is possible because of the transparent teat cups and hoses. If your goat is not finished milking completely, it can go for a second round.
Start milking
To start milking, press the button once to raise the teat cups and activate the vacuum automatically. All you have to do is attach the cups to the teats and the rest is done for you. The system also ensures gentle removal, when the milking is done. Furthermore, the vacuum in the teat cups stops before removal.
Safe and comfortable
The stand width is 45 cm which creates a comfortable place for the goat. On the stand the QuickUp has an width of only 20 cm, so goats can enter the platform safely and during milking they have enough space to stay comfortably. Besides that, all edges are smooth and round, it will not hurt the goat and milker.
